Pre-Race
The Corporate Challenge requires all teams to receive their team race packet (employee runner bibs and pins) prior to the day of the race. Team Packet Pick Up is when Team Captains receive the above materials.
No, all runner bibs are distributed by your Team Captain (or designated person).
All Team Captain’s must pick up their team’s bibs prior to race day.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this (if applicable).
We provide Finisher Shirts in the following unisex sizes: Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL). Please enter the requested size in the registration form. Allocation is subject to availability.
No. This is not possible on race day. However, participants may exchange the size of their Finisher Shirt after the event, provided the shirt has not been worn, soiled or altered and depending on availability.
The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on race day, we will alert Team Captains and participants when possible.
No, bag check is not available. Please leave all your valuables at home.
Your race bib is the only way we can properly identify you on course. The medical information you include on the back of the bib becomes critically important in the event of an emergency. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable.
Race bibs should be pinned visibly on the front of your running shirt.
If you lose your bib, please have your Team Captain contact FRANKFURT@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com
Yes, please contact FRANKFURT@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com for additional safety information regarding athletes with disability participation. Once again, the top 3 t-shirt designs out of all company submissions will be voted on. Please send us your corporate running t-shirt designs by Wednesday, the 18th of May, directly to FRANKFURT@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com. Team Captains will receive a link to cast their votes from the 24th of May. Team Captains are asked to forward this link to their team members to allow them to participate in the poll. Votes will be casted from the 30th of May to the 3rd of June 2022. The results will be available by the 7th of June.
Since there are virtually no free parking spaces in the downtown area of the city, it would be better to use public transportation for your trip to the race. RMV (Frankfurt’s public transport) day passes can be ordered together with the registration. Alternatively, please find a map of parking garages in the download center.
The Race
The starts are located at Opernplatz and Goetheplatz. The finish is located at Senckenberganlage/Dante Platz.
It is generally your decision – you can choose where you would like to start. You can go to the start at Opernplatz from the general line-up areas via the Neue Mainzer Strasse or to the start at Goetheplatz via Grosse Gallus Strasse. Only participants with a green or red starting number have the chance to start from the specially designated area at Hochstrasse. Please note the directions attached to your bib.
Yes, we welcome walkers, joggers and runners of all fitness levels to participate. All participants are allotted up to a pace of 20 minutes per mile (12.4 minutes per kilometer) to complete the course (1 hour and 10 minutes total) from the time they cross the Race’s start line.
We have set up several areas as changing rooms on the 1st floor of the parking garage below the Alte Oper. Washrooms are available in sufficient numbers, primarily on the way to the start.
The Series Owner will follow recommendations and guidelines from local health departments regarding COVID-19. Details of those recommendations and comprehensive COVID-19 protocols will be shared with participants prior to the day of the Race.
Please refer to our Health and Safety rules here.
