Getting to the Event
Driving
While parking is not provided, all participants are welcome to park in any open lot near Chase Center.
Rideshare
The recommended rideshare drop-off and pick-up location is 4th Street and 16th Street. Due to road closures, we suggest this location for drop-offs and pick-ups.

Biking
Bike valet will be available onsite and located next to Bag Check on the corner of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard. All participants are responsible for their property. Neither JPMorganChase, Chase Center nor event staff are responsible for any personal property at the event.

Event Reminders
Displaying Race Results
Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.
Medical Information
Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
Emergency Text Alerts
To receive critical updates on event day, including potential weather advisories and emergency notifications, ensure your phone number is added to your profile, accessible from your Dashboard.
Race Packets
All participant race packets will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.
Race Bibs
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt. Your race bib will serve as your ticket into Chase Center.
Finisher Shirts
Finisher shirts will be distributed in Thrive Plaza on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.
Bag Check
Chase Center does not allow backpacks and bags larger than 14’’ x 14’’ x 6’’ inside. All bags larger than this size will need to be checked. Bag check will be on the corner of 16th Street and Terry Francois Boulevard next to the Bike Valet on the exterior of Chase Center. If you are planning to stay for the post-race hospitality experience, you may pick up your bag after you leave Chase Center. Bag check will remain open until 10:30 p.m. so please plan accordingly.

Post-Race Party
Once you cross the finish line, gather with your Company Team inside Chase Center to celebrate! Your race bib will serve as your ticket for entry. Only participants with bibs will be able to enter Chase Center. Once inside, redeem your (1) food and (1) beverage voucher, that are attached to your race bib, at any of the open eateries/bars and then join us on the Warriors' floor for mingling, dancing, and fun!
