Getting to the Event

 

Participants are encouraged to arrive at Delaware Park by using official race shuttles from Buffalo State. If you are taking your own transportation to the venue, please adhere to local and event parking guidelines. Vehicles are only permitted on Ring Road between 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. to make drop-offs. Vehicles cannot be inside Delaware Park on Ring Road or Colvin Avenue after 4:00 p.m.

Participant parking is available at Buffalo State University in lots G-20, G-22, & R-14. Please load busses along lot G-20 and follow the instructions of our on-site staff.

Shuttle service will be from 4:00-6:00PM. The last bus will depart Buff State at 5:50 PM due to road closures. Please arrive early enough to park your vehicle and board the shuttles. Shuttle service back to Buff State will resume at 8:00 PM when roads are reopened. No busses will leave Delaware Park before 8:00PM. The last bus will depart Delaware Park at 10:00 PM, coinciding with the end of the event. The shuttle drop-off point will be on Ring Rd., just south of the Meadow Rd. entrance. This section of Ring Road is accessible to official race vehicles ONLY. If you require ADA parking or assistance, please reach out to customer service at buffalo@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com.

Corral Information

Excelsior Orthopedics will be leading a Pre-Race Dynamic Warmup! Join them at the Main Stage at 5:45 p.m. to get your team ready to run. The start corrals are on Amherst Street, between Nottingham Terrace and Colvin Avenue, facing west. Please follow signage to enter your corral at the appropriate color wave entrance. We encourage participants to start heading to the start between 6:00 p.m. - 6:20 p.m. You may only enter the corral that corresponds with your bib color.

Displaying Race Results

Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.

Medical Information

Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.

Emergency Text Alerts
To receive critical updates on event day, including weather advisories and emergency notifications, ensure your phone number is added to your profile, accessible from your Dashboard.

Race Packets

All participant race packets will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.

Race Bibs

Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.

All participants must wear their assigned race bib in full view on the front of their shirt. Anyone found participating in any race with another person’s bib will be disqualified, and risks disqualification for their entire company team. Disqualified participants or company teams are not entitled to a refund.

Packet Pickup will take place in the parking lot of St. George Orthodox Church, located at 2 Nottingham Terrace, Buffalo NY 14216. Only Team Captains need to go to Packet Pickup to obtain bib numbers for their team. If you are not your team’s captain, you do not need to attend. Packet Pickup will be Tuesday, June 10th and Wednesday, June 11th, from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Finisher Shirts

Finisher Shirts can be picked up at the t-shirt tent inside Ring Rd. Between the finish line and the tennis courts. The pull-tag on the race bib must be handed in to receive the Finisher shirt. Finisher shirts will be given to participants who complete the race. Sizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. There is no bulk collection allowed. You have from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. to secure your Finisher shirts.
