Event Reminders

All participants must wear their assigned race bib in full view on the front of their shirt. Anyone found participating in any race with another person’s bib will be disqualified, and risks disqualification for their entire company team. Disqualified participants or company teams are not entitled to a refund.

All runners must be at the start area (lined up by corral) no later than 6:15 p.m. All corrals will be pre-assigned. The race course will close 70 minutes after start.

There is one water stop near mile markers 1 and 3 on the course. Participants will pass it twice. Water will also be given to participants after the finish line.

The Medical tent is staffed by Excelsior Orthopedics doctors and nurses, which is located just beyond the finish line. We will have medical staff and emergency response teams along the course and on site throughout the event. If you need medical attention, please find medical personnel or a volunteer to help you.

Finisher Shirts can be picked up at the t-shirt tent after the finish line. The pull-tag on the race bib must be handed in to receive the Finisher shirt. Finisher shirts will be given to participants who complete the race. Sizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. There is no bulk collection allowed. You have from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. to secure your Finisher shirts.

Port-a-potties and sanitation stations will be located inside the park, between the start corrals and the hospitality area, and also near the BYOT zone. Please do NOT use the port-a-potties outside the medical tent near the finish line; these are strictly reserved for participants receiving medical attention.
