Getting to the Event
Public Transport
We strongly recommend using public transport to get to and from the event. For timetables, maps and trip planning visit www.transportnsw.info, call 131 500 or use a Sydney public transport mobile app.
Local bus routes 333, 352 and 440 stop on Oxford Street (Stop ID 202511 East-Bound and Stop ID 202150 West Bound) which is a short walk through the Paddington Gates and into Centennial Park.
Light Rail route L2 stops at Royal Randwick Light Rail stop on Alison Road. A free-shuttle service will run from Alison Road into Centennial Park and back after the event. This service operates between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. with departures approximately every 10 minutes.
Shuttle Buses
Free shuttle buses for participants with a J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge race bib will be departing every 10 - 15 minutes from the Sydney Central Business District (CBD) between 4:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., travelling to Centennial Park. These buses will drop participants off on Oxford Street, which is a short walk through the Paddington Gates and into Centennial Park.
Note: Shuttle busses have limited capacity, it is recommended to arrive early. There are no return services operating to the CBD after the event.
Parking
The closest paid parking option to the Event Village is at the Entertainment Quarter (Wilson Parking). We recommend booking your parking early. A free shuttle service will run every 10 minutes from the car park directly into Centennial Park and back again after the race concludes. The pre-race shuttle service will operate from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and the post-race shuttle service will operate from 8:15 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Event Reminders
Displaying Race Results
Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.
Medical Information
Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
Race Packs
All participant race packs will be sent to your Team Captain prior to the event, and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packs to the team members.
Race Bibs
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
Finisher Shirts
Finisher shirts will be distributed from a hub in the centre of the Event Village on event day. Shirts can be collected before or after the race until 9:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organised a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.
Bag Check
There will be a bag check located in the Event Village, in close proximity to the start line. Bag check will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Participant Hospitality
All hospitality zones are located within the Event Village and close to both the start and finish areas. These zones include both invitation-only, pre-booked and all participant accessible options with food and drinks being served from immediately after the race until 9:30 p.m.
Event Village Access
The Event Village is accessible from all sides of Centennial Park with the gates on the northern side of the park (Paddington, Woollhara, York Rd, and Jervois Ave) being closest to the Event Village.
Company Team Meeting Point
Company Team meeting locations will be designated on site and clearly marked on the Event Village information boards. Please utilise these designated locations and refrain from meeting around/near the information tent to help prevent foot traffic disruptions near this space.
Food Trucks
Food trucks will be in the Challenge Bar and items will be available for purchase before and after the race from 5:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Please note that the food trucks operate on a cashless basis.

Rokeby
Rokeby High Protein Smoothies are made from fresh milk and contains no added protein.
