Getting to the Event

Arrive early and use recommended parking areas, garages and shuttles. You may also book a private bus service for your team or use a ride sharing service. Do not park in nearby neighborhoods.

Team Captains will have exclusive parking at the Kodak / Carestream Lot at Innovative Field.

Downtown Parking Garages with Free Shuttle Service to and from Innovative Field

Departure shuttles leave between 4:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Return shuttles leave between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Court Street Garage at St. Mary's Place Blue Cross and Blue Shield - 198 Court Street
South Avenue Parking Garage at Broad Street and Stone Street - 39 Stone Street
Washington Square Garage - 111 Woodbury Boulevard

Event Reminders

Displaying Race Results

Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.

Medical Information

Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.

Emergency Text Alerts

To receive critical updates on event day, including weather advisories and emergency notifications, ensure your phone number is added to your profile, accessible from your Dashboard.

Race Packets

All participant race packets will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members. Please note, all registration and hospitality payments must be made prior to race packet pick up. Contact Customer Service at rochester@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com or 585-295-8551 to finalize payment.

Race Bibs

Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.

Finisher Shirts

Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.

Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.

Participant Hospitality

All hospitality zones are located within Innovative Field. These zones include both pre-booked and on-demand, first-come, first-served options with food and drinks being served.

For companies that reserved either stadium seating or open seating at Innovative Field, food and beverages from concessions may be purchased using Digital Diamond Dollars or credit cards. Digital Diamond Dollars are ticket-style gift cards with cash value that offer a convenient, cashless payment option. Pre-purchased Digital Diamond Dollars will be distributed to Team Captains during packet pick up.
