Battersea Park is easily accessible by public transport. We recommend Company Teams with post-race party reservations in the Evolution Structure arrive via Chelsea Gate and all other teams arrive via Rosery Gate.
The start is located on East Carriage Drive (outside the Pear Tree Café) and the finish is located on Central Avenue.
The 5.6-kilometre course is officially measured each year. The course is of mixed terrain, containing both tarmac and grass sections. The second half of the course has a number of turns, so keep an eye on signage and listen to the marshals.
Only the participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify or modify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard.
Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
All participant race packs will be sent to the Team Captain at their registered company address pre-event by tracked post and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packs to the team.
There will be an Information Marquee available in the Event Village, located on Central Avenue, with replacement bibs if required.
Your race bib is the only way we can properly identify you on the course. The medical information you include on the back of the bib becomes critically important in the event of an emergency. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable.
Race bibs should be pinned on the front of your race shirt. Your race bib will be one of four colours, red, green, blue or yellow. On race day you must enter the correct colour start funnel. There will be signage to point you in the right direction.
Finisher shirts will be distributed from the Bandstand area located just beyond the Finish Line on event days. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited. Shirts may be exchanged on event day at the Information Marquee for a different size subject to availability, if the shirt has not been worn, soiled or altered.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organised a team shirt, you must liaise with your team captain about where and when you can collect this (if applicable). A reminder that runners can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt on race day.
General bag drop has a new location for 2026. The bag drop will be located directly behind Company Village 2 in the Bowling Green. This location is open to any and all participants. If your company has a post-race party space in the Evolution structure (Company Village 1), please utilise the designated bag drop behind Evolution. This bag drop is accessible through the evolution structure.
Please note that each location will open at 3:00 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m. If you are planning on using bag drop, please do allow some extra time to do as it can get very busy before the race starts.
For all participants in Company Village 1 (those that have post-race party units in the Evolution Structure only) please access Battersea Park via Chelsea Gate. Follow signs for Company Village 1 to access post-race party areas and the Village 1 designated bag drop. Once you’re ready to head to the start line, follow the signs that match your bib colour to get to your appropriate start funnel.
For all participants in Company Village 2 (Post-Race party Unit Village 2, Picnic Area, Voucher Catering and general participants), please access Battersea Park via Rosery Gate. Follow signs for Company Village 2 for your bag drop. From here, signs will direct you to your relevant start funnel, categorised by start colour. Please note, if you arrive later than 6:00 p.m. you will need to access Battersea Park via Chelsea Gate and follow signs to Company Village 1. Once you’re ready to head to the start line, follow the signs that match your bib colour to get to your appropriate start funnel.
Wristbands will be included for all those in the Evolution Structure (in Company Village 1) and must be worn at all times. Entry to the Evolution Structure will only be allowed through the relevant wristband. Wristbands are not needed for Village 2.
There will be bag searches in operation at all Battersea Park gates and entry into post-race party Villages.
Glass is prohibited in Battersea Park.
If you have a post-race party unit and wish to see the menus for these areas, please reach out to the customer service team to be sent these menus.
