Event reminders

The two starting lineups are in Große Gallusstraße/Roßmarkt and Neue Mainzer Straße. On the course overview map, you can see how best to get from your corporate meeting point to the respective start. The entrances to the starting line-up will be open from 5:30 p.m. Please note that the start procedure may take up to 60 minutes due to the size of the event. Approximate start times are outlined in the above Schedule section and are based on the color of your bib number. Please pay attention to the announcements of our announcers and follow their instructions.

Individual results are calculated on the time elapsed between crossing the start and finish timing mats. Participants must cross the start and finish line timing mats and on-course timing split points to receive an official time.

To reduce waiting time at the start line, each Company Team will be assigned an approximate start time, indicated by bib color. You can find all approximate start times in the Schedule section above. We recommend that teams arrive 30 minutes before their assigned start time.

The bibs are personalized. For the safety of our participants, the personal data number and medical information on the back of the race must be filled in completely and correctly.

The timing transponder is also located on the back of your race number - the race number must not be bent, otherwise the timing transponder may be damaged. The race number must be worn on the chest during the race. Safety pins can be used to attach the race number to the chest.

Please arrange a meeting point with your co-workers far behind the food and beverage stations, to avoid a “traffic jam” at the finish line for the runners following you.

For all those who have not received their finisher shirts in advance, there is the possibility of collecting them at the distribution points in Bockenheimer Landstraße. Please bring the T-shirt vouchers attached to your race number with you.

We will be celebrating the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge Frankfurt together at the Opernplatz. Many seating areas invite you to come together at the Opernplatz before or after the race. The catering offers a wide range of food and beverages: from regional specialties to oriental culinary highlights. Our beverage stands offer alcoholic drinks as well as non-alcoholic drinks. After the run, a DJ from FFH will provide musical entertainment late into the evening.

If you have any questions before the start or after the race, please contact our staff at the Information Tent. The Information Tent is located at the Opernplatz on the south side of the Alte Oper.

Backpacks may not be taken into the start line-ups or onto the course. A changing area will be set up at the Opernplatz on the east side of the Alte Oper, where bags can be left in a supervised tent- please understand that our staff will inspect the contents and, if necessary, ask you to repack them in transparent bags. We accept no liability for valuables or luggage; you will find public lockers at the main station and on the B level of the Hauptwache. The police urge you not to leave any rucksacks or bags unattended.

The Awards Ceremony will take place in the finish area immediately after the fastest participants have crossed the finish line.

For safety reasons, Nordic walking poles, roller skates, skateboards, rollerblades, baby joggers, roller skis, bicycles and strollers are strictly prohibited on the entire course. The use of any of the above items will result in the disqualification of the individual and possibly the entire team.

Our partner, FITSEVENELEVEN, provides shower facilities for participants at the five BODYCLUBs; FRA Westend South (Mainzer Landstraße 50), FRA East (Hanauer Landstraße 120), FRA Eschenheimer Tor (Eschersheimer Landstraße 10), FRA Europaviertel (Europa-Allee 92-96) and FRA Frankfurt School (Adickesallee 36a) on race day. All information and the registration form for shower facilities can be found here. Please show the QR code and your race number at the BODYCLUB counter on the day of the race.

We will set up separate changing rooms for men and women at the Opernplatz on the east side of the Alte Oper. We will also provide toilets on the way to the start and behind the finish line.

We would like to point out that some areas of the event area, such as the Opernplatz, the starting line-up and the finish line, will be monitored by video for your safety.

Photographs and video will be taken in the entire event area.

Sufficient hydration is particularly important when it comes to high temperatures before and during the race. There is a refreshment point at KM 3.5 on the route on either side of the course.

Please also help us keep the event site clean by using the deposit bins, provided by Rosbacher, available at the end of the refreshment station at the finish line.

Participants who feel unwell or show symptoms of illness are asked to refrain from taking part.

First aid personnel will be available along the route to intervene in medical emergencies. If you suddenly feel unwell, are in pain or have cardiovascular problems, we recommend that you take a few steps calmly and, if necessary, speak to a marshal who can inform the first-aid team on site.
