All race entries are non-refundable and non-transferable upon acceptance of the Participant Waiver. There are no refunds or transfers for cancelled entries.

Yes, we welcome participants of all fitness levels. All participants are allotted up to a pace of 20 minutes per mile to complete the course (1 hour and 10 minutes total) from the time they cross the race’s start line.

For safety reasons, strollers, bikes, like vehicles of any kind and non-service animals are not permitted. Please see our Service Animal Policy located on the Rules & safety page.

No, the Team Captain must also register for their own team as a participant. The Team Captain can register for their team from their Dashboard. All participants must accept the terms and conditions of the Participant Waiver in order to receive a race bib and participate in the race.

No, all participants must register themselves by creating an account and personally agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Participant Waiver.

While we strive to accommodate teams of all sizes, we also want to make sure everyone has the ability to participate. The Series Owner reserves the right to limit the team size based on capacity.

Each company submits payment upon invoice. Once the Team Captain has finalized the team, the invoice will be created for all employees that have completed their registration form and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Participant Waiver.

The Team Captain will be the main point of contact for their company’s participation and will help to ensure a seamless experience for their coworkers. These responsibilities include registering the Company Team, recruiting participants, finalizing team registration, payment/financing, obtaining and distributing race day materials to participants prior to the event (bib number and safety pins), and booking your post-race celebration, if desired/available.

The Team Captain is the point of contact and representative for the company. The Team Captain is not required to be present on the day of the race; however, it is strongly recommended to have a co-captain and ensure all participating company employees are aware of the Series Rules and Safety Measures.

A company should create only one team per Corporate Challenge event. Employee participants for a company are to register under that one team entry.

Packet distribution information will be available closer to event day. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to obtain the teams packets and distribute the items to their participants. Participants are not allowed to pick up their own packets. Packets will include bib numbers and safety pins for each Company Team.

Company Team bibs will be sent via first-class mail and can include Finisher Shirts and Finisher Bags if requested. The fee for this service is determined by the final registered team size of the company and will be charged to the Team Captain after registration closes. The fee breakdown can be found below.

Fee for mailing Company Team bibs:

  • 4 - 25 participants: €7
  • 26 - 100 participants: €17
  • 101 - 500 participants: €32
  • 501+ participants: €47

Fee for mailing Company Team bibs, Finisher Shirts and Finisher Bags:

  • 4 - 25 participants: €12
  • 26 - 100 participants: €22
  • 101 - 500 participants: €52
  • 501+ participants: €77

The event

The start and finish lines are located either in Hochstraße or Börsenstraße — the finish is in Senckenberg-Anlage near Dantestraße.

Due to course restrictions or permitting regulations, the local event organizer, Executive Race Committee or the Series Owner reserves the right to limit the number of participant entries before the published Race registration closing date.

The JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge on race day, we will alert Team Captains and participants when possible.

Yes, non-registered participants, employees and coworkers can attend the event, however only registered individuals with their assigned bib can be on the race course after the start of the race.

Public transit to Frankfurt

The RMV public transport carrier offers a day-pass for the entire traffic network at a special price for all participating companies. No matter whether you visit from the City of Marburg or from the Odenwald region: you can travel to attend the run for just 4.65 € — quickly and comfortably. Please note, the RMV ticket is only valid in conjunction with a participant bib.

Private bus parking in Frankfurt

Are you travelling via private bus? Then please let us know in your registration through the Captain’s Dashboard whether you require one or more parking spaces for buses — preferably near your PartyPoint.

Race results

Results from the Corporate Challenge are populated on the Leaderboard once the event is completed. Results are considered unofficial until noted on the Leaderboard as official.

Please be sure to look for your unique display name you created when registering as a participant. For reference, your display name can be found on your Dashboard with your registration details.

Results will only be posted if you selected “yes” to the “display results” question at registration. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.

If you feel there is a discrepancy in the results, please contact our Customer Service Team with your full name, company and bib number. We will look into this and get back to you.
