Arrive early, make use of official parking venues, avoid single driving cars and try to carpool. The venue is also accessible via public transportation.
Bicycle parking will be available onsite. We encourage participants to arrive by bike and use the designated, supervised area.
Participants will have access to three designated parking areas near the event venue. A race bib must be presented to enter any of these parking areas. Parking spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
Participants planning to drive are encouraged to arrive early, allow sufficient time to walk to the event venue, and consider alternative transportation options, as parking availability cannot be guaranteed.
Only the participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.
Be sure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
All participant race packets will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race bibs are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.
There will be a bag check located in the Event Village. Bag check will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.
All post-race party zones are located within the Event Village. These zones include both invitation-only, pre-booked and on-demand options with food and drinks being served.
