The 2019 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge London is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 July and Thursday, 4 July at Battersea Park. We encourage all employees of your company to enter, whether they are experienced racers, joggers or walkers. Registration for companies who have not already registered for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is now closed due to reaching capacity. Runners may register to any companies who already have a team entered, but we are unable to accept any new company registrations. If your company is not registered you may join the waitlist. We cannot guarantee that a space will open up but will contact you if it does. We thank you for your interest in fitness and health, and we look forward to seeing you on the race course!

The Registration Process

  1. Each Company Team is created by the Company Captain
  2. Participants register themselves within their Company Team
  3. Registered Company Team is finalised

If a company elects to pay for participating employees the Team Captain will pay when the team is finalised, otherwise individuals will be required to provide payment at the time of registration.

You must meet the minimum registration requirements - four (4) men for a male team, four (4) women for a female team, or two (2) men and two (2) women for a mixed team. You must register a minimum of 10 runners to be eligible for team awards.

Please Note:

  • Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable even in the case of event cancellation.
  • Due to course restrictions, the Race Organiser reserves the right to limit entries before the closing date.
  • Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis of online registrations and full payment received until the maximum number of participants has been reached.
  • To determine the submission date of your company entry, the Race Organiser will use the date that your company entry is finalised, or the date that full payment is made, whichever is later.
  • No changes will be allowed once the company entry has been finalised.
  • No transfer of places between runners.
  • No race day entries will be accepted.
  • Race packs will not be released until all entry fees have been paid.

Payment Options

If a company elects to pay for participating employees the Company Captain will pay when the team is finalised, otherwise individuals will be required to provide payment at the time of registration. Payments are accepted by credit card, direct deposit/electronic funds transfer, company cheque or money order. There is no limit to the number of credit card payments per company entry, however, only one direct deposit, company cheque or money order will be accepted per company entry.   • Credit Card - This is done through the website. Once you finalise your team in Captain’s Tools you will then be given a payment selection on your menu.
  • The registration fee for 2019 is £33 per individual. There will be a processing and handling fee of £15 per team registration.
