Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
The medical tent is located just beyond the finish line and the company village. Along the race course and throughout the event site, medical staff and emergency response teams will be present. If you need medical attention, please find medical personnel or a volunteer to help you.
All participant race packets will be delivered your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
All participants must wear their assigned race bib in full view on the front of their shirt. Anyone found participating in any Race with another person’s bib will be disqualified, and risks disqualification for their entire company team. Disqualified participants or company teams are not entitled to a refund.
All runners must be at the start form-up area (lined up by corral) no later than 5:15 p.m. All corrals will be pre-assigned. The race course will close 70 minutes after flag off.
There are 2 water stops located approximately at the 2-kilometer and 4-kilometer mark. Water and isotonic drinks will also be given to participants after the finish line at Athlete Welfare Area (AWA).
Finisher shirts can be picked up at the Athlete Welfare Area located after the finish line at the F1 Pit Building. The pull-tag on the race bib must be handed in to receive the finisher shirt. Finisher shirts will be given to participants who complete the race. Sizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. There is no bulk collection allowed and strictly no collection prior to the race.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.
Baggage deposit service is available at the company village (F1 Pit Building Carpark). Baggage deposit service will be available from 3:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. All bags must be retrieved by 8:00 p.m.
All post-race party zones are located within the company village. These zones include both invitation-only, pre-booked and on-demand options with food and drinks being served.
Please note that temporary road closures will be implemented along the race route on event day to ensure the safety of all runners and event personnel.
Please review closure timings and plan your travel accordingly. Certain roads along and surrounding the race course will be inaccessible during the specified closure periods.
The affected roads and carriageways will be closed on April 16, 2026 from 3:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and can be viewed below or here:
Please note that the finalized road closure details will only be published on the above link during the week of the event. We encourage you to check the link closer to race day for the most up-to-date information.
