Event conclusion
Arrive early and use recommended parking areas, garages and shuttles. You may also book a private bus service for your team or use a ride sharing service. Do not park in nearby neighborhoods.
Parking areas within walking distance:
Only the participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.
Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.
All participant race packets will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race bibs are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.
All party zones are located within Red Wings Baseball Stadium. These zones include both pre-booked and on-demand, first-come, first-served options with food and drinks being served.
For companies that reserved either stadium seating or open seating at Red Wings Baseball Stadium, food and beverages from concessions may be purchased using Digital Diamond Dollars or credit cards. Digital Diamond Dollars are ticket-style gift cards with cash value that offer a convenient, cashless payment option. Pre-purchased Digital Diamond Dollars will be distributed to Team Captains during packet pick up.
