Getting to the event

Traffic can be extremely congested on event day. Arrive early, use public transport and allow more traveling time to get to the event venue. Participants are strongly encouraged to take the MTR to Kowloon Station to avoid traffic congestion due to the temporary road closures.

The water taxi service operates a daily circular route, starting from Tsim Sha Tsui East and stopping at Wan Chai, Central, and WestK Quay in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK).

WestK Ferry operates daily, shuttling regularly between WestK Quay and Central Pier No. 9. The service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes.

The water taxi service operates a daily circular route, starting from Tsim Sha Tsui East and stopping at Wan Chai, Central, and WestK Quay in the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK).

Due to temporary road closures, bus stops at Hong Kong Palace Museum and Museum Drive will be suspended between 5:45 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on event day. Participants are strongly encouraged to reach West Kowloon Cultural District via Elements and make their way to the compdany village. Please refer to the latest special traffic and transportation arrangement.

Limited parking space is available at the West Kowloon Cultural District and the carriageway to the venue might be congested due to the temporary road closures. Participants who plan to drive are strongly encouraged to park at Elements and make their way to the West Kowloon Cultural District via the Artist Square Bridge. Follow the signage to “West Kowloon Cultural District” in Elements (approximately 10-15 minute walk).

Participants are recommended to alight at the Palace Museum drop-off area at No. 18 Museum Drive.

Event reminders

The JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects event day, we will alert Team Captains and participants as soon as possible.

Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for team scoring. Verify or update your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard.

Be sure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.

The medical tent is located just beyond the finish line and the company village. Along the race course and throughout the event site, medical staff and emergency response teams will be present. If you need medical attention, please find medical personnel to help you.

All participant race packets will be sent to your Team Captain prior to the event, and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members. Participants are kindly requested to keep their race packs and bibs secure, as replacements will not be provided in the event of misplacement or loss.

Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that participants can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.

Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day to participants who completed the race. The pull-tag on the race bib must be handed in to receive the finisher shirt. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited and bulk collection is not allowed. Exchanges for unworn and clean shirts are available at the information tent on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bag drop off service is available at the form up area in the company village. Bag drop off service will be available from 5:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m. All bags must be retrieved by 9:30 p.m.

All post-race party zones are located within the company village. These zones include both invitation-only, pre-booked and on-demand options with food and drinks being served.

Your wristband is your access to the area. It is non-transferable, non-replaceable and must be worn at all times during the event. Food and beverage will be served from 7:00 p.m. onwards.

Wristbands will be sent to your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the wristbands to their team members.

Company teams who have reserved a post-race party space will have access to their designated area from 5:00 p.m. within the company village. This space can also be utilized as a meeting point for your company team prior to the race. If your team did not reserve a post-race party space, please utilize the designated holding area within the company village near bag drop off. Kindly refrain from meeting around/near the start line to help prevent congestion. Detailed information regarding the available meeting locations will be clearly displayed onsite and marked on the company village information boards.
