Fireworks popping off at Frontier Field, Rochester, NY.

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Rochester provides the ideal opportunity for corporate entertainment and team building. Post-Race entertainment and stadium Hospitality will be offered at Frontier Field to enhance the Hospitality experience at the Finish Venue. We’re excited about the convenience and atmosphere of this downtown race and Post-Race celebration again at Frontier Field. Please note: Tailgating will not be allowed in the surrounding lots as per stadium policy.

All ordering and payments must be completed online through your Captain's Tools and must be finalized by Tuesday, May 14. Payments are due no later than Tuesday, May 21.

Community Zone Hospitality

Reserving Your Hospitality Space for teams with 10 or less participants
We have an option for companies with a team size of 10 or less participants. You can use the Hospitality Order link in your Captain's Tools to reserve your team’s tickets for the on-field buffet at $48 per person.

Reserving Your Hospitality Space for teams with 10 or more participants
Starting on Thursday, April 11 you can use the Hospitality Order link in your Captain's Tools to reserve suites or group seating for the event. There are three Hospitality space options for your company to choose from, including Private Suites, Priority Reserved Seating, and Open Seating (Open Seating does not require reservation through Captain's Tools). For your convenience, all Hospitality suites and reserved seating group options include the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated comfortably.

Please note, all Hospitality spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Hospitality reservations must be made by Tuesday, May 14. All reservations can be paid with a credit card in Captain's Tools or by check payable to JPMCC/Rochester, and mailed to the following address:

Open Seating

Teams interested in complimentary open seating do not need to make a reservation. Frontier Field will open at 2:00pm on race day and open seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the designated Open Seating sections.

FOOD & BEVERAGE OPTIONS
Catering: For company teams that choose to reserve suites, several menu options will be available for pre-order. Event day food and beverage orders will also be accepted for a limited number of menu items. After reserving your suite, if you opted-in to be contacted by a Frontier Field Catering Sales Representative, they will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss menu options. Priority Reserved or Open Seating: For company teams that choose Priority Reserved or Open Seating, Diamond Dollars, cash, or credit card may be used to purchase food and beverages from the concessions. To pre-purchase Diamond Dollars that will be distributed at Packet Pickup to Company Captains, please contact a Frontier Field representative at Events@RedWingsBaseball.com or (585) 454-1001, x3049 (Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) by Tuesday, May 14. Diamond Dollars may also be purchased online in increments of $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, or $2500, in denominations of $1 and $5 by visiting the link below (online purchases are subject to a convenience fee). Please note - Diamond Dollars may also be redeemed at Frontier Field for food, beverage, or merchandise during ANY 2018 Red Wings baseball game.

Note: All hospitality catering, food, and beverages will be provided by Frontier Field/Diamond Catering & Events, given health code regulations and stadium policy. The following items are not permitted to be brought in to Frontier Field: firearms, knives, cans/bottles, coolers, lawn chairs, nets, portable tents, laser pointers, illegal drugs & alcohol, and outside food or beverage. In addition, no tailgating of any kind is allowed in and around Frontier Field. Bags are all subject to inspection and no bags larger than 16" x 16" x 12" are allowed.

Terms & Conditions

  • In the event that you need to add Reserved Seating to a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your company within the same section but cannot guarantee availability.
  • In the event that you must cancel your suite reservation, your payment (less a cancellation fee of $100.00) will be refunded only if we can replace your reservation with a company from the Wait List.
  • After Tuesday May 14, all orders are final and may not be transferred, canceled or refunded even in the case of event cancellation.
  • In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event due to elements beyond our control, neither JPMorgan Chase & Co. nor any of its subcontractors or vendors will be held liable for any loss incurred. We recommend that you contact your company insurer to learn if you are insured against such a loss.
