Reserve Hospitality
Hospitality reservations can be made until Friday, 3 Nov 2023 or once we reach capacity, whichever occurs first.
Reach out to our Customer Service team at shanghai@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com to book your space, reserve your tent and choose your catering. We will send you all the necessary information, including tent options, pricing and payment instructions and the caterer’s menu. Full payment is due 1 week before the event.
Please note that orders are not considered confirmed until full payment is made. Payment for hospitality spaces must be made by Friday, 10 Nov 2023. If payment for your hospitality space is not received by 10 November, your Company Team’s order will be forfeited.
