Celebrate Your Team

 

You’ve completed the 5.6-km run and want to celebrate with your co-workers over delicious food and drink. We have the place for you—J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge hospitality, just steps from the Battersea Park finish line. Options to stake out your own space are available for companies of all sizes.

The Corporate Challenge has a history of reaching capacity, and hospitality is a big reason. Reservations can be made until Tuesday, 4 June at 5:00 p.m. or until space is full, whichever occurs first.

Reserve Hospitality

Units will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The Evolution Structure has reached capacity for both nights. Please email london@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com for options.

STEP 1: REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS

Download the Hospitality Unit Booking Form and Catering Form to find the option that best fits your Company Team and familiarise yourself with important details.

STEP 2: MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

All hospitality and/or catering options must be booked via our Customer Service Team. Team Captains should send completed Booking Forms to london@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com, ensuring you have signed the terms and conditions, and adhered to the payment information & terms. All Evolution, Hospitality Village 2 and Picnic Booking Forms must be accompanied with a Catering Form. It is not possible to have hospitality without associated catering.

 

STEP 3: FINALISE YOUR PAYMENT

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be reserved until a deposit (Evolution and Hospitality Village 2) or full payment (Picnic Area) has been received. 

Please note that teams are not permitted to erect gazebos or bring glass bottles into Battersea Park. The race organisers and Battersea Park have the right to confiscate all glass bottles and remove any gazebos that are set up within the Park.
