Event Reminders

The Course

The 5.6k course is officially measured each year. The course is of mixed terrain, containing both tarmac and grass sections. The second half of the course has a number of turns, so keep an eye on signage and listen to the marshals.

Displaying Race Results

Only the participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, please reach out to Customer Service at london@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com before the event.

Medical Information

Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.

Race Pack Information

All participant race packs will be sent to the Team Captain at their registered company address pre-event by tracked post and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packs to the team.

There will be an Information Marquee available in the Event Village, located on Central Avenue, with replacement bibs if required.

Race Bib

Your race bib is the only way we can properly identify you on the course. The medical information you include on the back of the bib becomes critically important in the event of an emergency. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable.

Race bibs should be pinned on the front of your race shirt. Your race bib will be one of four colours, red, green, blue or white. On race day you must enter the correct colour start funnel. There will be signage to point you in the right direction.

Finisher Shirts

Finisher shirts will be distributed from the Bandstand area located just beyond the Finish Line on event days. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited. Shirts may be exchanged on event day at the Information Marquee for a different size subject to availability, if the shirt has not been worn, soiled or altered.

Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organised a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this (if applicable). A reminder that runners can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt on race day.

Bag Drop

There will be a bag drop located in Hospitality Village 1, behind the Evolution Structure. This should be used by teams with hospitality bookings in the Evolution Structure. For any other participant, there will be a bag drop located in Hospitality Village 2. Each location will open at 3:00 p.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

Participant Hospitality Access Information

For all participants in Hospitality Village 1 (those that have hospitality units in the Evolution Structure only) please access Battersea Park via Chelsea Gate. Follow signs for Hospitality Village 1 for bag drop and access to hospitality areas. From here, signs will direct you to your relevant start funnel, categorised by start colour.

For all participants in Hospitality Village 2 (Hospitality Unit Village 2, Picnic Area, Voucher Catering and general participants), please access Battersea Park via Rosery Gate. Follow signs for Hospitality Village 2 for your bag drop. From here, signs will direct you to your relevant start funnel, categorised by start colour. Please note, if you arrive later than 6:00 p.m. you will need to access Battersea Park via Chelsea Gate and follow signs to Hospitality Village 1.

Wristbands will be included for all those in the Evolution Structure (in Hospitality Village 1) and must be worn at all times. Entry to the Evolution Structure will only be allowed through the relevant wristband. Wristbands are not needed for Village 2.

There will be bag searches in operation at all Battersea Park gates and entry into Hospitality Villages.

Glass is prohibited in Battersea Park.
