Getting to the Event
Traffic can be extremely congested on event day. Arrive early, make use of official parking venues, pre-book parking vouchers, avoid single driving cars and try to carpool, book a private bus for your team or make use of Uber.
If you are using Uber, please utilize our designated drop-off and pick-up locations. For drop-offs, please use the intersection of Oxford Road and North Street or Melrose Arch. For pick-ups, please head to the Planet Fitness parking lot and only request your Uber once you've arrived at the designated pick-up point.
Parking is available at the Wanderers Golf Course, Melrose Arch, Wanderers Rugby Fields and Fairways Primary School. Parking vouchers for these parking areas can only be pre-booked through our Customer Service Team at johannesburg@corpchallenge.jpmorgan.com by the Team Captain.
Bus shuttle services will be made available from the pick-up points outlined in the below map.
Event Reminders
Sneaker Donation
Do you have an extra pair of sneakers you no longer need? Bring them to the event and donate them to the Sneaker Shack bins located at the Laureus football activation on the top oval and at the Information Tent on the bottom oval. The Sneaker Shack will make sure they are revived and distributed to those in need!
Race Packs
All participant race packs will be picked up by your Team Captain prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.

Race Bibs
Your race bib is the only way we can ensure you are allocated to the correct start wave and also properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable and should be pinned on the front of your shirt.
Finisher Shirts
Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.
Bag Check
There will be a bag check located in the Event Village. Bag check will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
We advise participants to refrain from bringing bags onto the course. Please utilize your team's designated hospitality space or the bag check service provided.
Participant Hospitality
All hospitality zones are located within the Event Village. These zones include both invitation-only, pre-booked and on-demand options with food and drinks being served.
