STEP 3: RESERVE YOUR SPACE

Make your selection based on your team size.
After you submit your reservation, Customer Service will reach out to confirm your hospitality order and finalize payment.
STEP 4: FINALIZE YOUR HOSPITALITY PAYMENT
Ensure payment is finalized by Friday, October 3 at 6:00 p.m.
Hospitality orders may be placed from Tuesday, August 12 through Friday, September 26 at 6:00 p.m., or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
Please note: your hospitality reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. Due to limited availability, we strongly recommend submitting payment promptly upon receipt of invoice to guarantee your space.
Reservations are finalized in the order payments are received and may reach capacity before September 26. Orders not paid in full by Friday, October 3 cannot be guaranteed.
