On June 3 it’s once again time to run for a good cause

April 14, 2026

The countdown to the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge is on. Until May 4, at 6:00 p.m. or when capacity is reached, whichever occurs first, teams of four or more employees can register for Germany’s largest corporate run on June 3. Frankfurt is one of 16 locations that are part of the global JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge Series, whose history dates back to 1977—making 2026 the 50th running.

Since 1993, the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge has been a fixture on Frankfurt’s sports calendar, bringing together thousands of runners, companies, and institutions from across Germany each year. In 2025, more than 64,000 participants from over 2,200 companies took on the 5.6-kilometer city-center course to celebrate team spirit, fitness, and fun—cementing Frankfurt’s position as Germany’s largest corporate run and the biggest race in the international Series.

Miles for a good cause

This year as well, JPMorganChase will once again support charitable initiatives through the Corporate Challenge. For twelve years, the Corporate Challenge has accompanied the German Disabled Sports Youth (Deutsche Behindertensportjugend) at their nationwide Talent Days. These events give young people with disabilities the opportunity to try out a range of sports—from para-snowboarding, deaf tennis, wheelchair basketball, and goalball to para-judo, blind football, and para table tennis. The focus is on identifying promising young athletes and opening up new perspectives. Over more than a decade of collaboration, more than 8,000 children and teenagers have been reached through more than 270 events, with nearly 200 clubs from across Germany involved. In the past year alone, at nearly 30 events, more than 250 children and teenagers were able to demonstrate their talent.

Sport as a driver of development with Laureus Sport for Good

The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation’s supported programs focus on sustainable educational and development opportunities through sport. With support from the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge, the regional initiatives “Futbalo Girls,” “Football Meets Culture,” and the joint project “I Speak Opportunities” are being implemented and further developed through the organizations “Integration durch Sport und Bildung e.V.” and “LitCam gGmbH.”

“Futbalo Girls” offers young girls in the Rhine-Main region weekly sessions, camps, and coaching workshops—to strengthen them athletically and personally and prepare them for their future. In the past year alone, more than 160 girls took part in the offerings. “Football Meets Culture” addresses language and social skills in addition to physical activity for third- to sixth-graders from challenging living environments and provides access to cultural activities. Twice a week, a combined skills and football training session is offered for more than 150 children from the region. Nearly 500 sessions were delivered last year at four locations—with a proven positive effect on reading, writing, and speaking skills. “I Speak Opportunities” is aimed at children and young people from third countries, especially refugees, and combines physical activity, language support, and social integration. Regular activities take place at 20 locations in Germany—including two in Frankfurt—reducing language barriers, strengthening social skills, and promoting intercultural exchange.

“For decades, the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge has brought together what makes companies and society strong: team spirit, fun, and shared responsibility. For many years, we have been committed to projects that open up new opportunities for children and young people—in sport, education, and everyday life. That in this anniversary year of the race Series we are once again supporting the German Disabled Sports Youth and Laureus Sport for Good is an important signal of continuity for us,” says Alexander Mayer, Head of J.P. Morgan Germany and Austria.
