Getting to the Event

 

The AT&T Performing Arts Center (ATTPAC) has multiple parking options nearby. Once you are close to the Dallas Arts District, reference the Parking Map below to locate the closest option.

Rideshare Drop-Off: 
Rideshare Drop-Off at the AT&T Performing Arts Center is located at the intersection of Crockett St. and Flora St.

Event Reminders

 

Displaying Race Results

Only participants who chose to display their race results upon registering will have them displayed on the Leaderboard and be eligible for Team Scoring. Verify your selection under your participant details on your Dashboard. If you would like to revise your race results choice, you may do so from your Dashboard.

Medical Information

Ensure to fill out your medical information on the back of your bib before the event begins. This information will help our medical response teams in case of an incident.

Emergency Text Alerts

To receive critical updates on event day, including weather advisories and emergency notifications, ensure your phone number is added to your profile, accessible from your Dashboard.

Race Packets

All participant race packets will be mailed to your Team Captain prior to the event, and it is the responsibility of the Team Captain to distribute the race packets to the team members.

The Customer Service team will be on site at the Information Tent to assist with event day inquiries.

Race Bibs

Your race bib is the only way we can properly identify you on the course. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable.

Race bibs should be pinned on the front of your race shirt.

Finisher Shirts

Finisher shirts will be distributed just beyond the finish line on event day. Please keep in mind that size quantities are limited.

Some companies decide to create their own team shirts. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this. A reminder that runners can either wear their company team shirt or their own running shirt.

Bag Check

Please refer to the site map for precise bag check location at AT&T Performing Arts Center. Bag check will be open from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Participant Hospitality

Once you cross the finish line, celebrate with your Company Team over food, beverages and fun within the amphitheater at AT&T Performing Arts Center. Each participant will receive one drink voucher from their Team Captain and if purchased in advance, a pre-purchased food voucher, both to be redeemed at the food station and bars within the amphitheater. Onsite food and beverage purchase is available, accepted forms of payment are cash and credit card.

Event Site Access

The Event Site is accessible via Flora St. Please note, Flora St will be closed to vehicular traffic between N. Pearl St and Routh St.
