This means your Team Captain has not completed registration for your company. Participants cannot register until the Company Team has been created. If you would like to become a Team Captain, please sign up on the Registration tab.
No. All participants must be part of a Company Team with a minimum of 4 employees. Review the Rules tab for more information.
A company can choose one of the options below. Once an employee registration is submitted, the payment option cannot be changed. In order for the team to participate, all payments must be made/received prior to race day.
- Participant Payment: Each company employee submits their payment after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
- Company Payment: Each company submits payment after ALL employees have completed their registration form and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
Team Captains who participated in 2021 and 2022 may use their existing account credentials. New Team Captains and Team Captains prior to 2021 must create a new account.

No, the Team Captain must also register for their own team as a participant. The Team Captain must use a different email address for their Participant Account than the one used to set up their Team Captain Account. All participants must accept the terms and conditions of the Participant Entry Form in order to receive a race bib and participate in the race.
All participants must register themselves by creating a Participant Account and personally agree to the terms and conditions of the Participant Entry Form.
The Team Captain will be the main point of contact for their company’s participation and will help to ensure a seamless experience for their colleagues. These responsibilities include forming a team, recruiting participants, finalizing team registration, financing, obtaining and distributing race day materials to participants prior to the event, distributing the individual race materials (bib number and safety pins), and making hospitality arrangements, if desired/available.
The Team Captain is the point of contact and representative for the company. The Team Captain is responsible for the team registration, payment, distribution of race materials, and team results. The Team Captain does not have to participate in the run. If the Team Captain does participate in the run, they must register themselves as a participant.

A company should create only one team per Corporate Challenge event. Employee participants for a company are to register under that one team entry.
Yes, additional Team Captains can be added from the Team Captain’s Dashboard. Please note that two different email addresses are required for individuals that are registered as both a Team Captain and a participant.
The start and finish are located in Grant Park.
Due to course restrictions or permitting regulations, the local event organizer, ERC or the Series Owner reserves the right to limit the number of participant entries before the published Race registration closing date.
Our event is open to all employees of corporations, businesses and financial institutions who work 25+ hours per week and have been employed by the company for at least ninety (90) days prior to race night.
Employee participants must be at least 18 years of age on date of registration. Contractors, Consultants, Temporary staff are not eligible to participate on a team.
Each company must register a minimum of four (4) entrants that meet all of the eligibility requirements to form one (1) complete team. Company teams that register less than four (4) individuals will not be accepted and will be removed from the registration system when the registration period closes.

While we strive to accommodate teams of all sizes, we also want to make sure everyone has the ability to participate. The Series Owner reserves the right to limit the team size based on capacity.
All race entries are non-refundable. There are no refunds for cancelled entries.

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on race day, we will alert Team Captains and participants when possible.
Yes, please contact our Customer Service Team for additional safety information regarding athletes with disability participation. Any participant seeking a reasonable accommodation must submit a written request to our Customer Service Team on or before the published registration closing date.
Yes, we welcome walkers, joggers and runners of all fitness levels to participate. All participants are allotted up to a pace of 20 minutes per mile to complete the course (1 hour and 10 minutes total) from the time they cross the race’s start line.
For safety reasons, strollers, bikes, like vehicles or any kind and non-service animals are not permitted. Please see our Service Animal Policy located under the Rules & Safety tab.

Yes, non-registered participants, employees and co-workers can attend the event.
Show up and follow onsite signage and directions.
The event site opens at 4:30 p.m. and closes at 9:30 p.m.
Results from the Corporate Challenge are automatically populated on the Leaderboard once the event is fully completed.
Please be sure to look for your unique display name you created when setting up your Participant Account. You can find and/or edit your display name in your Participant Dashboard after logging in to your account.
Results will only be posted if you selected “yes” to the “display results” question at registration.
Please contact our Customer Service Team to edit and/or verify your selection.
If you feel there is a discrepancy in the results, please contact our Customer Service Team with your full name, company and bib number. We will look into this and get back to you.
