Team Packet Pick Up is when Team Captains receive their Team Packet (employee runner bibs and pins). Packet Pick Up takes place at Tracksmith Trackhouse, located at 285 Newbury Street, on Monday, June 20 and Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Some companies decide to create their own team shirt. If your company has organized a team shirt, you must liaise with your Team Captain about where and when you can collect this (if applicable).
No, all runner bibs are distributed by your Team Captain (or designated person). Packets and bib will not be mailed to any participants. Packets must be picked up by Team Captains in person.
All Team Captain’s must pick up their team’s bibs prior to race day.
You can pick up your Finisher Shirt any time between 5:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Finisher Shirt tent is located at the shirt tents at the Boston Common.

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a rain or shine event. If an extreme weather scenario affects the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on race day, we will alert Team Captains and participants when possible.
No, bag check is not available. Company Teams with hospitality sites may use their tents as a designated bag check area, however companies are responsible for their employees and their property. Teams without hospitality sites should have an individual watch over the team gear during the race, or not bring personal gear to the race site.
Your race bib is the only way we can properly identify you on course. The medical information you include on the back of the bib becomes critically important in the event of an emergency. Your race bib also contains your timing chip and because of this, race numbers are non-transferrable.
Race bibs should be pinned on the front of your company’s race shirt.

The medical tent is located just beyond the finish line and is staffed by EMTs, doctors and nurses. Medical staff and emergency response teams will be present along the race course and throughout the event site. If you need medical attention, please find medical personnel or a volunteer to help you.
There is one water stop on the course near mile markers 1 and 2. Participants will pass it twice.
The Series Owner will follow recommendations and guidelines from local health departments regarding COVID-19. Details of those recommendations and comprehensive COVID-19 protocols will be shared with participants prior to the day of the Race.
