HOSPITALITY

The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge provides the ideal opportunity for corporate entertainment and team building. Entertain your guests, employees, and corporate team on race night in the Corporate Hospitality Village located near the finish line. Individual marquees and a range of catering options are available, as detailed on the Hospitality Arrangements Form. All marquees include ceiling fans and lighting.

For those companies that do not reserve a marquee but wish to provide refreshments for their team members, meal vouchers redeemable at the public catering stalls may be purchased using the Hospitality Arrangements Form.

Please contact us directly at telephone (65) 6372 6392 for any special requests. All arrangements must be made through the race office. We have appointed approved suppliers to provide marquees and catering. Alternative contractors cannot be used.


Celebrate after the race in the Hospitality Village

To make your reservations, fill out and submit the Hospitality Arrangements Form by fax to +65 6227 3468. We will send you a tax invoice on receipt of your booking form.

Next, to confirm your booking, send a cheque payable to J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge for full payment by Friday, 16 April 2010 to:

Please note:

  • The deadline for booking is 16 April 2010. No orders will be accepted after this date.
  • Meal vouchers will be couriered to Company Captains along with their race pack, about one week before the event. Please keep your vouchers safe; vouchers will not be replaced if lost once they have been sent to you.
  • For those companies who have placed a catering order, beverages will be available in the marquees from 5.30pm.
  • Food and beverages may not be brought into the race site. Companies wishing to provide refreshments must use the approved caterer or purchase vouchers.

Marquee Position

Marquee slots and allocation are limited – and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are unable to accept request for specific marquee positions. Marquee positions cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you of your marquee location one week prior to the event.

Marquee Signage

Your marquee will have a sign showing your company name, affixed to the front of the marquee. The sign is in standard blue font on a white background with no logos. If you want to place additional signage in or around your marquee, please follow these guidelines:

  • Banners up to 1m x 3m fixed on or inside your marquee are acceptable. You must bring your own materials to hang banners, and not damage the marquee in any way. Any damage to the marquee will be charged to your company after the event.
  • Signage in front of your marquee may be up to 1m x 3m but must be freestanding (e.g. weighted, not staked in the ground), and within 1m of your tent.

Set-up

You may set-up in your marquee from 10.00am to 2.00pm on Thursday 6 May.

The Race Coordinator is not responsible for any items left unattended.

 

For the safety of runners, access to hospitality site will be restricted between 6.00pm – 6.30pm. Supporters and guests are encouraged to arrive at hospitality site before 6pm.
