Cheque or bankers draft	Payable to: JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Only one cheque or draft will be accepted per company.

	Send a copy of the transfer record to the Race Coordinator.
Credit card	Available for online entries.
	A credit card fee of £1 for individual and £5 for company registrations will be charged. This fee applies to debit cards also.

All arrangements must be made through the Hospitality Manager. Units are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. Contact the Hospitality Manager by email or at 0845 680 1476 for information about availability and questions.

Race Packet Pickup

Race Packs will be sent to each Company Captain beginning 5 May 2010, as soon as he/she finalises team registration. All packs will be mailed by 25 June 2010.
