Below is the course/site map for the 2003 San Francisco JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge®. For a printable version, click here.

PLEASE NOTE: The race route is a USA Track & Field certified 3.5-mile course and is subject to change.

NO parking will be permitted on Old Mason near Crissy Field. Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and towed.

San Francisco parking
Parking for the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge companies will be reserved in the Main Post parking lot of the Presidio. All traffic must enter the race site through the Lombard Street gate. Car pooling to the race site is highly recommended, as there is limited event parking in the Presidio.

Alternative parking site
Alternative parking may be found at the Big and Little Marina Greens along Marina Drive, east of the Presidio and Crissy Field. However, it is a long walk (1.5 miles) to the race site from these locations.

Directions
From Marin and North Bay
Go across the Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco; turn left towards downtown and Lombard Street. Turn right (west) onto Lombard and go into the Presidio. Follow signs to parking.

From South Bay
Take 280 north to 19th Avenue. Go through Golden Gate Park, heading towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Turn right (east) towards downtown and Lombard Street before you get to the bridge. Turn right (west) again onto Lombard, entering the Presidio. Follow signs to parking.

From East Bay
Go across the Bay Bridge (Highway 80). Go right (west) on 101, following it to the Ninth Street Civic Center exit. Ninth Street is one way. Follow it past Market Street and turn left on Hayes Street. Go right on Franklin Street. Go left (west) on Lombard Street towards the Golden Gate Bridge. Stay on Lombard (left lane) to enter the Presidio
at Lombard gate and follow signs to parking.

Within San Francisco
Once you have reached Lombard Street in the Marina District, head west until road turns right (north) to the Golden Gate Bridge. Stay on Lombard by turning left. Continue on Lombard into the Presidio and follow signs to parking.

Public transportation
Charter buses or vans
Companies may also wish to consider chartering their own buses or vans through Cappa & Graham’s Destination Management Service. Contact Matt Cuevas at Cappa & Graham (415-543-3484) to make reservations.

Free shuttle bus
There will be a free shuttle bus service operating between the Presidio Main Post parking lot and the race site at Crissy Field. For those who don't mind the walk, it is approximately 1/2 mile. There will be NO shuttle bus service to the event from Justin Herman Plaza. NO PARKING will be allowed on Mason Street alongside Crissy Field.
Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and towed.

Public transportation
Due to road closures on these routes before and during the race, we strongly recommend the carpooling or charter bus/van options instead of public transit. The following are the MUNI bus routes coming closest, but not directly, to the race site.
