How can my company enter?
On this web site, consult the Series schedule and locate the city closest to your office. Then click on that link and you will find a contact number for more information along with downloadable registration forms for that particular date. Do note that you can enter as many JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge® events as you like and that your entire company is eligible to participate, as long as you and your teammates have met the eligibility requirements.

Can I sign up as an individual?
No. The Corporate Challenge is a team event, and you must have a minimum of two men and two women; or four men; or four women; to be able to field a team.

Where are my forms this year?
For the 2003 Series year, all Corporate Challenge registration forms are available exclusively online at http://www.jpmorganchasecc.com. Find your city on the Series Schedule prominently displayed on the web site’s home page. Click on that link and, within approximately four months of your event, you will find event information and a link to all of the registration materials, which will be available to download. You also may go any page in this site, position your mouse over the word "Registration" in the top banner, and click on the name of your city in the list that drops down. If you are a returning Company Captain, you will receive an informational packet, but you must visit http://www.jpmorganchasecc.com to secure your registration forms.

Are walkers allowed?
Absolutely. The Corporate Challenge is an event for all comers – racers, joggers and walkers. For safety purposes, however, baby strollers (and baby joggers) and non-service dogs are not allowed on the race course.

What are the eligibility requirements?
There are detailed eligibility requirements listed in the Company Captain application folder within this web site. Topline, however, our event is open to all employees of corporations, businesses and financial institutions, just as long as they work 25 hours per week and have been employed by the company for at least three months prior to race night.

I work in Chicago? Can I run in your New York Event too?
Sure, as long as you meet the team eligibility requirements. You can enter any Corporate Challenge event in the country you work in.

Who is the beneficiary of this event?
During the 2002 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series, JPMorgan Chase donated more than $350,000 to not-for-profit organizations throughout the Series cities. You can access a chart that lists the specific beneficiary in each city by clicking here.

Can my organization be a beneficiary?
If your organization is interested in being considered as a beneficiary, please contact us at series-info@jpmorganchasecc.com. Please note the event you are interested in and tell us a little about your organization.

It's very hot/raining/snowing (etc.), is the race on?
The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge is, normally, a rain or shine event. We have had three weather-related cancellations in 26 years of operation. However, there have been instances where we have turned off the time clocks and encouraged all participants to sit out the event or, if they must participate, go well below their regular training pace. If weather affects the Corporate Challenge on race day, we will announce it on this web site promptly. Bookmark http://www.jpmorganchasecc.com and check back regularly.

Where can I park/how can I get around on race night?
Click on your city’s link on the home page of this web site. You’ll find traffic information (street closings, restrictions), parking details and driving directions clearly listed.

How are the results compiled?
We score three categories – Men’s Team (four men), Women’s Team (four women), Mixed Team (two men, two women). It is solely up to the Company Captain to determine what participants go on which teams after the runners have turned in their times that evening. You cannot list an employee on two separate scorecards.

When will the team results be ready?
Normally, complete team results from a particular city will be on this web site within one week following the completion of the event. Thank you for your patience with this, as every entrant’s eligibility requirements must be screened.

There is a problem with the results. How can it be fixed?
If you feel there is a discrepancy in the results, please contact us at series-info@jpmorganchasecc.com. We will investigate immediately and get back to you.

Why do you only report the top five or six individual finishers?
The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge is a team event, promoting corporate fitness and camaraderie. As such, we put the almost complete focus on teams rather than individuals.
